CID was 410-152-4092, Maryland.  As a resident of this state, any local call should display a name or business or "wireless caller" and not just the state.  Obviously a scammer calling hiding behind a local number on CID display thinking we will answer.  Sorry, scammers we never have  calls from names or numbers that we do not know. Now blocked on my Call Blocker device.
