They have 37 federal lawsuits against them in just the last 3 years, everyone here should file one, that will work. Most of the people I see complaining are friends or neighbors of the person they are looking for, once you told them that you are not this person and not to call them you can file a federal lawsuit against them. If you are the person see the FDCPA laws and if they are in violation sue them. There is nothing wrong with collecting debts, but only if they are doing it legal.
I get calls from this number too, and they hang up every time. It is RPN, a collection agency.

They have called me for the past month at least two times a day. Never leaves a message and I haven't ever answered. Its getting extremely annoying. Plus they have called at odd times a day like rather late at night. Ugh. Hope they will stop calling everyone and stop harassing us!
