I got four calls from this number yesterday. The second call came two hours after the first call. The third call came one hour after the first call, and the fourth came two hours after the third. I called back and found out they this number belongs to NCO Financial. If you call outside their "normal business hours", you get a pre-recorded message. If you call inside "normal business hours", you get a message which states "thank you for calling. you will be transferred to an operator".
