This same scam has been running since I started business 15 years ago. Want to talk to person in charge of printing supplies. They will either auto-ship your business a $350.00 printer cartridge (actually cost $35.00), or try to get your CC number for shipping future products. HANG UP!!! Do not engage them, because they will cut/paste your words to make it sound like you ordered the product.
