they called me and i picked up the phone and there was no answer and when i tried to call back it said that the number or code i dialed was wrong

I had this person call me ten times already its making me mad

have one missed call from 410-202-5716 - tried calling back
"the number you dialed is incorrect"

I answered and this guy started arguing with me about why I didn't want to pay for a "free gift"

They hang up as soon as i pick up. its annoying
