They LMTC saying I was going to jail, it was a recorded message. I knew it was bogus but called anyway to see what they say, but it appears the number may have been taken down. It rings and then disconnects.
I just received the same message. My caller ID showed the number as 410-204-9302 Baltimore, MD but the fake voicemail said to call 401-204-9302. Scam for sure.
Just another IRS scam. They left a recorded message but didn't wait for my voice mail to start recording so their message started half way in. Told me I was going to be arrested for tax evasion if I didn't call them back immediately. The number they leave doesn't have the same area code as the number on the caller ID.
