Called about a "state-approved burial plan". I hung up after that.

I'm not sure if this call is a Telemarketer or not.  To me, these people are scammers, plain and simple. I put them in the SCAT category.... Scammers, Crooks And Thieves category.  The guy was asking too many questions and was wanting too much personal information.  So this one is blocked.
