They just called.  I could hear people speaking in the background and I kept saying hello.  Whomever was on the other end hung up after about 7 seconds.  I called the number back four times and each time and it said, " We're sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time.  Please try your call later."  The fifth time I called the number back it say, "The number you dialed is not in service."  Tried it twice more and got the same message"...not in service" message.  The number is now blocked!
