Told me that I was selected for a "free home security system" from GE. Said I wasn't interested...

I've received calls from this number, but didn't answer. No message was left.  
Interestingly, a number identified as "Homeland Security", also was offering a free G.E. home security system for a $30.00 monthly fee. 203-691-7984.

Received this call on my cell phone.  Told the person not to call me again.

A lady called about a GE Security System.  Said I was selected to receive a "free" one.  I had to say hello 5 times before she responded.  She could barely speak English and took long pauses.  You could hear lots of people in the background on calls too.  Called my cell phone too.  I never give that out so I have no idea how they got my number.  Told her no thanks and hung up.  Called back the number and it is not a working number.
