Who called from 4103172143

CALLED @ 9:45 PM.  DID NOT SAY ANYTHING. TRIED TO CALL BACK AND NO CONNECTION.

I get calls from this number on a daily basis, 2x each day.  No messages.  I don't answer so I have no idea who this is.  Another search says it's a landline in Pasadena, MD

I keep getting phone calls from this number about 2x daily for the past 2 weeks. I called back once and no pick up. Weird

I called back and it was about discounted newspaper subscriptions.

410-317-2143 is a newspaper sales organization trying to sell subscriptions to local newspapers.
