I keep getting calls from that number, I blocked it.  I called it this morning (6/6/12) and got a recording saying 410 328-6396 is an assigned number at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore.  I had surgery there a year ago, and its similar to a number I have for a doctor there, but unassgned?
