I used to be a long time Tribune paper customer, but since they messed up our bill on 2 different occasions and made NO effort to correct it, we're not anymore. Nor will we be again. This number, along with SEVERAL others beginning w/the same exchange, have called continuously & repeatedly--to the point of what I would consider harassment. Awful funny how I maintained a paper subscription for MANY years and didn't have this problem...until they outsourced their customer service to India. My suspicion is the so-called "company" they outsourced to is also selling our names & numbers. What nonsense. These corporations should be shipped out of this country on a rail for not only selling our jobs down the river, but our personal info as well.
