954-742-4032 and 410-332-8021 from "Officer Down" keep showing up multiple times per day on my caller ID. They don't leave any messages. I tried calling both numbers back and only got recordings saying they are conducting an annual campaign and want you to leave your name and number. I didn't and won't.
