Called and ask for the shop manager. I told them I could help he said he needed the shop manager becasue a part he gave them didn't line up. I would not put them thru so they hung & called back 2 hours later with the same song & dance. I called the phone # and was told I was talking to the General Manager. I asked to have our phone number removed and was told that it was a $39.95 fee to remove it. What a SCAM!!!!!!
