This number is associated with Paramount Distribution LLC, a scam light bulb company that contacts unauthorized company personnel to get them to agree to authorize a shipment supposedly "already ordered" and ships the product, but the invoice shows up after the 15-day return timeframe, so by the time the PO department gets it, the supposed "no penalty" return date has passed. The bulbs are way over priced, they won't return calls by those who got scammed within the time period, and unless you are aware of the shipment coming in, it is too late to refuse them. They threaten to "collect" if you don't pay, but also offer discounts if you will keep the product...but still way too expensive. There are many postings related to 855-925-5001, which is the main company line, and this 410 number is supposedly the "Operations Manager, James Davis' cell phone". But the address on the invoice and packing slip is a PO Box, and the company doesn't really exist in Shrewsbury, PA, just the PO Box as far as I've found thus far. Planning to track down an address to ship these to if I can. The number from a different internet look-up says this is a Verizon number, and registered to a name other than the name I was given by the person I spoke with at this number. Any help would be appreciated.
The person calling asked for the parts department. We are a small business. Somehow they had my husband's name. When he got on the phone, the lady hung up.
