This company engages in blantantly illegal violations of the National Do Not Call Registry. They should be prosecuted. I wouldn't accept their merchandise if they were outright giving it away.
I received a call on my cell phone while driving on I-66. Woman's voice started a sales pitch about some bathroom installation, which she said I had inquired about. I asked how she got my Cell Phone number, and she said I had entered it on a request for information --- a blatant lie (I never requested such information and NEVER use my cellular number on ANY application for this precise reason. As I tried to tell her these facts, she kept talking incessantly, but unintelligebly, due to traffic noise and the fact that my hearing aids don't pick up piercing female voices.
I asked her if she would stop talking and allow me to tell her that she was in violation of the DO NOT CALL provisions, but she kept talking !!
Frustration took over I told her to SHUT UP ! She continued talking and I finally hollered as loudly as possible SHUT UP!! Then hung up!
Within 30 seconds the phone rang again and my monitor showed 410-363-0575.

This company/person has called my cell phone repeatedly and I don't pick up the phone every time I see this number. Though I did ask for a quote from bathfitter, they have no right to harass consumer. If we want their business, we would call back.
I contacted Bathfitter over 4 years ago to get an estimate for replacing a bathtub in a house I haven't owned in over three years. Their price was entirely too high, so I showed them the door. Since then, they call my house at least once a week in spite of being asked not to and explaining to them that we no longer own the house they gave us the estimate for, all to no avail. My mistake for taking my phone number with me when I moved I suppose.
I received a call on my business cell phone a few minutes ago, a very RUDE woman asking "Is this Donald?" I said "No, who are you trying to reach?" She virtually screamed in my ear again, "IS THIS DONALD?" I said "No, this is David, who is this?" She demands "Is this (my phone number)? I said yes it is and she hung up. My office phone rang ten seconds later, same woman, same demand. "Is this Donald?" I said "This is David, who IS this? She hollers "wrong number" and hangs up. Not until I looked up her number off my cell phone on this website did I know it's related to Bathfitters. I did call them last week to make arrangements to get for an estimate for my elderly parents (Donald) and they did come out and do an estimate. My parents decided to go with another company, they didn't like the price or how they started knocking the price down if they's sign a contract then and there. At any rate, the woman who just called me is one of the rudest persons I've ever spoken to.
