Unwanted bogus solicitation; scammers; can't call their number back, either

received an unwanted call from this number today; caller hung up without leaving a message.

Electric scammers. If you ask the name of their company, their location, etc., they slow-walk it-- a sure sign you're dealing with a scammer.

We didn't pick up. Caller ID says Electric Center.

Called yesterday.  Caller ID said Electric Center.  I do periodically get calls from my electricity provider so I picked up.  Immediately I was greeted with extremely annoying music and a recording about lowering my electric rates.  I hung up.
