CID showed MEMBER SERVICES. No idea why I picked it up, but prompted to hit 5 to speak to a rep about important mortgage services.

says member service have no idea who it is.

Caller ID "Member Services."  Same title as I've seen out of California, offering to "lower my credit card interest rate."  It's a scam.  They must have attempted to call me from their Irvine, CA number, but I've blocked the entire switch (area code and city code).  Now they are using a local switch number.

Calls me from a number from Arbutus, MD and it comes up as "Member Services". No answer when I pick the phone up.

Same as everyone else,no answer.call back and only  option avalible is #1 to remove your #.so I did.
