Survey - offering "free" on line shopping vouchers for answering a survey.  They are basically phishing for potential class action law suit joiners i.e. have you been injured by a medical device?"  And they also want to sell your info to diabetic care.  This call is the result of filing out an online survey yesterday for free samples.  The only thing this leads to more phone calls and more emails.  I said NO to every offer except the samples, which they asked more than three times just reworded the offer.  They must think we are stupid.
