Who called from 4104213333

Got a call today from this number missed the call so i called back after looking online to see it is a number in my state call it and the number i called is not in service ????? someone messing with me i guess.

these guys tryed to get our personal information saying thier from bge and tryed to get our ss and credit card # usually when bge calls it sais bge

Must have called me 10 times in 30 minutes. Very annoying!!

They called me breathed heavy and hung up must be trying to see if you are old. Tell you grandparents.

I keep getting calls from this number.  When I answer, they hang up.  When I call, I get a message say the number is not in service
