We received a call on 9 april 2013 from this number. They called house and cell phones, with a message to call James Howard, about litigation case #423457. Must call back within 48 hours to resolve, at District Court of MD. They left # to call back as 888-347-2365. Both numbers were looked up and determined to be hoax numbers.
