called my cell; didn't leave a message; when I called back, the person? answers "hello" - no company, sounds like a robot, when I asked if a live person, "she" said "yes", when I asked what company this was and why called, "she" just hung up - SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying.

Nov. 16, 2016 - got a call from 410-476-2632 from "Ann" who said she was with Renew and asked me 3 questions to qualify me for solar panels. She said I qualified, but could or would not tell me what company the solar energy specialist was with who would be calling me back within 2 days.
Nov. 21, 2016 - I called 410-476-2632, and Mike Shannon with Solar Media Team answered, thinking he had called me. I had to tell him 3 times that I had called his number, because of the call last week from Renew. He said they call for several companies, including Trinity Solar, the 4th largest solar company in New England. I have already sued and settled with Trinity Solar, whose legal name is Trinity Heating & Air, Inc., http://www.trinity-solar.com.
We are getting junk calls from these folks. This time the call was abandoned when we answered.
If you are in Maryland, then I suggest you complain to the Maryland Public Service Commission against Verizon (http://www.psc.state.md.us/online-complaints/). When you make the complaint, cite the FCC's ruling on blocking all Robocalls (See "Take action: what you can do" at https://www.fcc.gov/stop-unwanted-calls), and Verizon's unwillingness to provide the tools that are allowed and needed.
After we filed complaint's against Verizon with the PSC, a Verizon rep responded to the PSC complaint, called us and shutdown another Robob caller that was calling multiple times an hour.
