I've had the same issue, I am an AT&T customer and just got a new number through AT&T and i started receiving calls from this 410-501-5248 number. I called them back and explained they had a wrong number in their system. They told me to answer the next time it called which transfers you to a machine, tell the machine "representative" and it will transfer to a live person. Tell that live person the number their calling and they can delete it from the system if you are not who they are looking for. They gladly deleted my number and were extremely apologetic and very very helpful. I recommend you do the same thing, sometimes numbers get recycled and they just have outdated info, kindly tell them their mistake and they will kindly help you out.

Send a CEASE AND DESIST letter to Attn: Customer Relations, POBox 37380, Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380. Be sure to use the magic words "Put me on your Do Not Call List." They must stop calling even if they have a business relationship with you. File a complaint with the FTC. If they persist, file an action in small claims court. Do a Google search to find out how to file in your state and to learn of the potential damages that can be awarded by the court.
