Received 4 calls no message. Returned call was asked if I was someone who I am familiar with. Was asked for their number. Explained that the person they wanted is a public figure and I was not at liberty to release their information. Asked if I could take a message. I was told no and hung up on. I called them back again and asked who they were. I was hung up on.

Just received a call, said they were from ARC and had an account to discuss with me, except it wasn't me. Wanted me to give them DOB before telling me who they were.
