Same here, called back and it said it was disconnected, probably a debt collector using a spoof card to try to get someone to pick up...no message left
I just looked this up regarding use of a "spoof" card (i.e. using a false number to contact someone): The company which is using spoof cards (I think I know which one it is) to make calls to collect a debt is doing this illegally.
According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act it is illegal for a debt collector or collection agency to display false information (letters, telephone caller ID) to a consumer they are attempting to collect a debt.
