A person called my elderly grandparents from this number declaring their grandson was in jail. He asked for money to wired immediately so his grandson would be released from jail. Be aware!!!
4105918094. Called me over 5 times in the past 12 hours and it says goodbye in a female automated voice. This number has called me 20 + times in past week.
Got this call a few times within the past couple of days. The only voicemail left was a few seconds of silence, then an automated woman's voice saying "goodbye". When I looked up the number, I saw from a few people that it was a man claiming to be someone's grandson and needing money to get out of jail. So I waited for him to call back and had a little fun. I went with it up until he said he was going to have a lawyer call to talk about how I can send the money, then asked if that guy was also gonna be a scammer. Told him I was 26 and didn't have any grandchildren, and to stop trying to scam people. He asked if I felt better, I said I did, and he hung up. Please be aware if you have any older relatives who may fall for this scam!
