Called and was soliciting for a charity campaign on Sunday at 3:00pm. Looked up the number and it is Overlook Locksmith 4805 Garrison Blvd in Baltimore MD 21215. Believe the caller is fake!
Called this evening at 8:17. Caller only let the phone ring about 3 times and then hung up. I'd be willing to bet that this call has nothing to do with Overlook Locksmith, nor any other legitimate business for that matter. If it is a call about fallen officers charity, it makes the 35th number that has bothered my landline with this same scam...I can guarantee you it ain't the FOP or any other legitimate organization involved with helping fallen police officers. All they want is your credit card and/or bank information. If you answer their call, hang up on them and never give them any information!
