Who called from 4106300256

I got an unexpected call from this unfamiliar number.  It went to voicemail and left no message.

If they're doing the same thing to others like Victor above then I'm comfortable adding this one to my telespam block list.

They have been calling me for 2 days now.  No message and I don't plan on answering.

They called, I answered, they did not say anything and hung up on me after 10 seconds

Picked up telephone to answer this call but remained silent.  After 20 seconds the calling party disconnected.  If this was a toll call, the caller would be billed. Past calls from Middle River, MD were believed to be Robocalls.

Yet another call from the one reported above.  First call at 9:39 AM, second call at 11:52 AM
