when calling the phone number back, a message says that it is the department of investigation, and does not relay voice messages, and that the mailbox is full. If you dial "0", you still do not get a real human, the message just loops.
The person I spoke with would give me no information about the company and insisted that I was the person she was looking for soley on the basis that my first initial and last name were the same as the person that she was looking for.

No name given, say they are a process server trying to serve one of our employees. Then want to talk to the employee to discuss the "debt" -- employee is currently fighting a payday loan scam. Random/anonymous companies keep calling to get her to pay - but no one will give any concrete information -- they just want money now or they threaten to come into workplace. Check out this BBB link....
This person who called is basically saying that criminal charges are being filed against me but will give no information as to what the debt is for. I refuse to pay someone if they cannot give me any information. They have called my place of work as well as my cell phone. Ridiculous!
