Tonight this individual offered the opportunity refinance our VA guaranteed mortgage...........and I hung up.

I have gotten two calls from this number. One a week or so ago and today. Both times no message was left. Last time they called, I called it back and got the disconnected number tone. Looking it up on White Pages it gives a mans name and home address in Owings Mills Maryland.
Received a call from this number. Answered after the second ring, but no one on the other end. Called back immediately and got a message saying I had reached a number that had been disconnected or is no longer in service.
