Using data mining techniques of questionable legality, and this call center as a cut out, these debt collectors are collecting, collating, and utilizing any and all contact information they can mine. Some of the points of connectivity indicate that these people are using data from social networks like Facebook. Though in all probability the databases used  are much more extensive.
