I'm in Ireland, we get calls regularly from 410.., first i thought it was a coming from Switzerland but a quick search tells me it comes from baltimore maryland. If you answer, they hang up after about 3 seconds. We don't answer anymore

This number +4106928102 called me and the caller refused to identify himself/herself. I'm worried and ask that whoever it is that made the call has to be seriously investigated please.
