The caller alerted me to a Payday loan that apparently went into my closed bank account. He was trying to tell me that I had a pending Check Fraud case that was going to be heard tomorrow morning unless I paid the balance of $5,000+ immediately over the phone. When I questioned him about this case and who I could contact, he simply skirted the requests by repeating his documents. I had to ask for the phone number 9 times before he finally gave me this number. He had all my information including my SSN, date of birth, friends names and bank account numbers. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM!!!

I have been getting the same call for about a month now. When I answered I asked him if this was a scam and to stop calling my phone number he started cussing at me saying the "F" word over and over then called me right back as soon as I hung up. It is a scam and they will keep calling unless you block the number. Who can we call to report this number?
