Got a call at 6:30 pm on Friday Feb. 26 from 410-762-0039.  The caller ID indicated Glen Burnie Maryland.  I did not answer and got no message.  Hodges Directory lists this number for Ralph Smith on Glenmont Ave. who I do not know.
