This number called me at 11:39 p.m.. I was in the shower, so didn't answer. I looked it up on google and it says "Diplomat Condominiums in Baltimore, MD". When I tried to return the call, my phone wouldn't even complete the call. Just said it was a busy line. I believe this to be some kinda scam. In any case, beware an be cautious.
