I keep getting phone calls from a doctor's office stating that they are calling to remind a patient named "Bianca" of an upcoming appointment. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number. The caller ID states the doctor's office is a Dr. Bonnie Culbe
This has happened at least 5-6 tines.
How many times do I have to tell them this is the wrong number? They can't make a note on that patient's chart to get her correct phone number the next time she comes to the office???

The next time they call, tell them you need their address because someone else will be driving you there. Then you can verify that with your state's department that regulates doctors.
