Who called from 4108342821

This person keeps calling me with an accent saying that according to my ssn number  theres a lawsuit thats coming to me and that he needed information. He called me when I was at work and I told him that I'll call him back cause Im at work seeing patients.  I asked him before I hung up who is this lawsuit from and he couldnt tell but he said that he needed to ask me a couple question first.

These people keep calling me and don't speak any english....they say that there is an affadavit against me but yet i can hardly understand the message left on my phone....i won't speak to anyone that doesn't speak english....they say they are from a legal agency and that i need to speak to them right away!!!!

Like you Babs and Jessica I got a call today saying that according to my ssn number there's a lawsuit that coming to me and there's 3 counts that will be filed in the state of California. I was able to find out that the name he used was Adam Smith and his email address is: [email protected] will be calling the Better Business Bureau, The Consumer Protection Agency and other agencies within my state tomorrow to get to the bottom of this...

I received a call at 9:10 a.m. on my working place and on my cell, his name is Jackson, this person has a heavy accent, he said that there's an affidavit against me and saying that according to my last four digits of my SSN as he said it clearly that there's a lawsuit that coming to me and there's 3 counts and if he don't hear from me he said that he will go ahead and file the affidavit.

Yup, that's exactly what this "Adam" or "Jackson" or whatever alias he wants to use said to me...I now can't believe he actually gave me his email and phone number...perhaps I should turn the tables and rope him in LOL...I will be calling some government offices tomorrow...the state attorney generals office and maybe the one in Maryland...Adam also had a heavy accent...so my question is: why did he only confirm our PARTIAL identity by reading back ONLY the LAST 4 digits of our SSN??? why not read back all NINE digits??? this guy also wanted my debit card number, the expiration date, and wanted to know if their was a middle initial in my name on my card...oh plus he wanted THE THREE DIGIT SECURITY NUMBER on the back too...of course, he didn't get any of that...he must have thought I fell off the turnip wagon yesterday LOL...but he DID NOT ask for my bank account number which I thought was very suspicious...I need to make some calls tomorrow
