Computer Program that is making it look like the phone calls are coming from phone number.  The recording that is being used is from a company offering credit.  The recording is being played on a separate recording device and being played into the headset, as you can hear the volume going up and down from them moving the recording device to and from the headset. This is the worst group of the dumbest CRIMINALS.
