Didn't leave a message and when I called the number back I received a recorded message telling me that 'Due to high call volume they are unable to take my call right now'. Really?
It's rather difficult to ask the callers to place your number on their do not call list when they refuse to answer or block call backs. The only information I could find was that it belonged to the following:'Peerless Network landline from Baltimore, MD'. Will be added to my blocked calls.
I want to add that in these instances where I cannot call in I am taking notes and will proceed to inform the FTC. Doesn't do any good to inform people to call back and request to be put on a do not call list when incoming calls are being blocked.
