I received a spam text and call from this number.
They were soliciting a service that identifies all
incoming calls, and their location.
I was given the option to decline the service,
which I did. My phone already has this feature.
Calls like these can easily be made randomly
by computer. Even if you recently changed your
number, you can still get calls like these.
It will also make no difference if the service is
listed in your name or not.
Even if specific harassment is the motive,
making calls to newly issued or changed
numbers could be possible. Then again,
simply making random calls to your zip
code is even easier.
