Got call from this number, a robot answers and then kept asking for someone, more likely a marketing call.

Constant bot calls, sounds like marketing.

Same as above, you answer, then a voice message asks you to confirm who you are and to wait

This is for paypal  collection company.

Keep getting calls from this number, but they do not leave a message.

I see where one other person wrote this number is for the PayPal collection agency. I am now also receiving letters in the mail that I owe PalPal money. I have never had a PayPal account.

What kind of rip-off is this. How did they get my name, number and mailing address!
