I get calls all of the time to my cell from various numbers, including this one, that is just a recording "Hi this is Julie from home security blah blah blah". Almost daily.
It is also a robo-dialed caller. My call blocking device can be set to block 100% of robocalls. This number called for the first time this morning, but the phone never rang, therefore...robocall. The telecom conglomerates should be doing more to stop this criminal activity, but I ain't hold'n my breath!!
