Odd call. It was a recording that said something like "Outreach calling..." and a then a string of numbers. After it gave the numbers, it disconnected.
Called 8:30 pm. I live in the same area code, but the caller ID said Out Of Area, so obviously spoofed. Did not pick up, no message left.
More and more scammers are setting up their spoofs to show a number with the same area code as the recipient, either to fool you into thinking it's someone you know, or to avoid being stopped by people who block all area codes except their own. Pain in the [neck].
