Called, did not answer, the same clipped voicemail yammering about proceeding on further legal action was left. I called back on one of these fake IRS scams and demanded a name and Federal ID number before I told them anything. It had them perplexed (especially when they gave a number off the top of their head and I told them it was not the right format). Asked them why it was so hard to give me their name and number, every other time I called the IRS that was the first thing they gave, without asking. Perplexed silence...
