caller says they are from "Card Services"  wishing to offer us a lower rate on our BofA card.  It's fortunate that hubby did not have card on him - I had it.  He told caller  he'd call them back - caller said he would call us back - of course we checked the number - it's a non working number at TIAA Creff in Annapolis, MD
