This phone number calls at least 5 times a day.  I found the following comment on Mr. Number:

This is student loan forgiveness representative making an offer to help you with your student loans, not a good idea to provide any of your personal information.. Sound very legitimate but BEWARE... Numerous complaints about these student loan forgiveness, 3rd party companies calling just to obtain your personal information by any means necessary, calling you from local number in your area so you answer, calling you by your first name, get your social security number and even try to obtain your financial aid transcript which provides all your personal information by being so kind as to help you reset your financial pin if you do not know it & applying for loans in your name etc..
