Who called from 4120873594

Been getting State and local political calls but never leave a message.

I don't find my running to answer the phone to unknowns!!!!!!

The call does not leave any message. No identification as to who they are.  When you call back there is no response at the other end. This number has called me several times. How can I block this number!

Call n call. I answer and never anyone on other end for me to cuss them out.

Called today May 3 2013 Caller ID was PENNSYLVANIA I did not pick it up they left no message!! I am on Federal and State NO CALL list at times I wonder why??  Does do not call list Even work????????
