Who called from 4121000331

rang 4x and disconnected when answering machine picked up

I have received dozens of these calls in the last few days. I have not been home and there are no messages just calls on the call log on my phone. This is my home land line that they call on.

When I answer the phone, there is just silence.  I can hear noise in the background but nobody says anything.  Eventually they will hang up.

Call and do not leave message.

Called 1/12 one time, no message, and the number cannot be called to determine who's on the other end.
