The guy said he was from some magazine service and wasn't calling to collect a debt (obviously since I don't owe anything!), but was calling to apologize for all the phone calls I've been receiving from other magazine companies (I haven't received any!).  I accidentally hung up on him and he didn't call back.  I never answer unknown numbers, but I was curious, and know not to give out any personal info, so I answered him.
