I keep getting calls and an auto responder leaves half a legible message then hangs up. they have been calling my parents too. they leave no name or info
Trying to get me to pay or make payments on a payday loan that i already paid off. They wouldn;t send me anything in the mail so i can prove that i already paid. Then when i kept asking for info to be mailed they said that the next contact will be my court summins and hung up
so this number showed up on my phone. i called it back and they said I had not made good on a payday loan and they wanted to work out a deal with me before anyone pressed charges. I knew it was a scam and stated that I don't do business over the phone and they could send me all the paperwork in the mail and I would look it over and get back to them. They quickly hung up on me.
OMG...I keep getting calls from 412-200-7961 from "Beth" from "Global Services" and I am to call 888-240-0182 back to discuss a personal matter. They are now calling my husband on his cell(don't know how they got that) and my mother in law. The last time I took out a payday loan was 6 or 7 years ago and it was paid off. Not sure what it is they want. I blocked the number on my husband's phone and am ready to do the same on mine. I just feel bad for my mother in law because they are calling her land line and she can't block them. She doesn't answer calls that she doesn't know, so I just keep telling her that it is a scam(which it is) and to ignore it. They will stop eventually. They used to call my parents nonstop, but they cancelled their land line.
